About Laurie Samara-Schlageter
Laurie is a self taught artist residing on Long Island, New York, She has a sensitive awarenss of the simplicity in nature-things that are often overlooked or taken for granted. Inspired by her surroundings, Laure has developed her own personal style applying it to her love of Oriental brush painting using ink and watercolor as well as her strong colors used in her acrylics.
